Which means we like to 'SIDE' with every young person we engage with.

in other words.... Support, Inspire, Develop and Empower every young person we engage with

 

We feel like this is the best way to help any young person we work with regardless of their gender, race, background, environment, or situation

We ever don’t compromise our values for anyone and don’t feel we need to.

 

Everything we do is with the goal of supporting the young person, inspiring them to want to be more, developing them into being able to do more and empowering them with the mindset
